2024 will host our first ever Senior runner Race Series where the winner will be top of the table after the last race. Both Male & Female trophies will be presented for fastest athletes over the season in a race series where no race goes beyond 10km distance. A list of the races are below with 2 dates & races TBC.

Race 1 - Clonakilty 5 Mile - January 28th

Race 2 - Eagle AC 5 Mile (Carrigaline) - February 18th

Race 3 - Courcey AC 5 Mile - March 10th COMPLETED

Race 4 - Bandon 5km - April 25th

Race 5 - Dunmanway 10km - June 16th

Race 6 - Courtmacsherry 10km - June 28th

Race 7 - Tracton 4 Mile - TBC

Race 8 - Kinsale Regatta 5 Mile - August 2nd

• Scoring based on equivalent 5 mile time (Average time)
• Complete 4 races to score
• Final standings will be based on an average time across 4 races. If you complete more than 4 races, your fastest 4 times will apply.
